    Tips & Tricks

    in Welcome to the Forum

Here are some ways you can extend the shelf life of your veggies:

    #1 TIP: REFRIGERATE IMMEDIATELY!

    LEAFY GREENS

✔️ Store in the vegetable drawer at the bottom of your fridge to control humidity

✔️ Insert paper towels into the plastic bags to absorb excess moisture

✔️ Give your greens an ice bath before serving for an extra crunch

    BUNNY CARROTS

We love delivering freshly harvested bunny carrots complete with carrot tops which you can use as a garnish or even in your chimichurri and pesto sauces, but if you won't be cooking the carrots/carrot tops immediately, we suggest you chop off the tops to keep your carrots crunchier for longer.

    JAPANESE CUCUMBER

✔️ Store at ambient room temperature (placing cukes in the fridge tends to dry them out much faster)
